Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of automated guided vehicles in the field.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in industrial settings.
- Make repairs and travel to site installations as needed.
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on-site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician or field service technician in a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to analyze complex systems.
- Familiarity with batteries and low voltage applications is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Military experience is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
