At Oceanic Resources, we are currently partnering with a global aerospace / AOG market leader who are looking to expand their already strong sales team in Miami. As well as being backed by the well-known brand, you will have access to industry specific training that will truly allow you to make the most out of their outstanding commission package.
Within this organisation, commission is paid across 2 years of the account's lifetime, globally. In the first year, commission is paid at 10% of GP, with the second year being paid at 5% GP. This role is new business focussed, meaning commission paid on the lifetime of an account is unusual. Further to this, the global responsibility of this role opens the doors to international travel.
