Oceano Kitchen is looking for a full time bartender! This is a rare opportunity to join a small but amazing team of like minded hospitality individuals in our new space on Lucerne Ave. in Lake Worth Beach.
Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Run service well and make drinks for bar guests as well as tables' orders
- Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
- Embody the spirit of hospitality to ensure our guests' are thrilled with their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Previous bartender experience is required
- Comfort with wine and liquor knowledge to be able to lead and educate the team
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and production techniques
- Familiarity with culinary terminology and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
