Responsibilities:
- Support the nursing staff in maintaining a therapeutic milieu by performing routine tasks and carrying out patient care activities.
- Implement patient care activities under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Document patient observations, behaviors, and vital signs accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job.
