Job Summary
Oceans Luxury Realty, the leading force and fastest growing Real Estate brokerage and property management, is now hiring an Inside Sales Appointment Setting Specialist.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Generator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, setting appointments for our sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with a keen understanding of technology and market trends. Please be advised that this is an onsite phone sales role and a real estate license is not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound, inbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and propety management with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving appointment generation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and company offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Required Experience
- Computer savvy with systems and softwares experience is required.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development is required.
- Basic understanding of the real estate industry is a plus.
- Strong customer service principles, practice and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- A proactive attitude towards achieving goals and overcoming challenges.
