About the Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Oceanside Center, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver nursing care that is tailored to the needs of our patients and residents. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, collecting data, observing conditions, and reporting changes in condition.
You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
