Responsibilities
*Perform thorough patient assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop effective care plans.
*Establish realistic goals with interventions tailored to meet individual patient needs, minimizing hospital readmissions and continuous evaluation of outcomes.
*Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
*Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented effectively.
*Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
Qualifications
*Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
*CPR Certification required.
