Leadership Opportunity at Oceanside Center: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a Weekend Director of Nursing.
This key role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing center from 5 PM on Friday until 7 AM on Monday. You will lead by example, inspiring and motivating nursing team members to deliver exceptional patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, patient/family satisfaction, and employee engagement.
To succeed in this challenging role, you must possess a deep understanding of accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will also be responsible for mentoring, educating, coaching, and disciplining nursing team members, collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals, and serving as a resource to all staff.
