Job Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable assistant to support our property managers with day-to-day tasks on Hilton Head Island. This role includes on-site property inspections, running errands (like picking up and delivering supplies), light installations, and handling minor maintenance issues when needed.
Most of the work will be Monday–Friday between 10 AM and 4 PM, but occasional weekend availability may be requested based on team needs. We’ll train you on our inspection process and how to install or manage various property items—no experience required, just a great attitude and strong work ethic.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct property inspections and report findings to the team
- Pick up, deliver, and install small items (e.g. kitchen supplies, décor, small appliances)
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as:
- Changing light bulbs and batteries
- Fixing loose cabinet hardware or minor wear-and-tear issues
- Assisting with basic troubleshooting (e.g. WiFi, remotes, A/C filter checks)
- Communicate with guests and team members professionally via text, phone, and in person
- Support the property managers in keeping homes guest-ready and well-maintained
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (e.g. small appliances, chairs)
- Comfortable walking up/down multiple flights of stairs (some units do not have elevators)
- Comfortable using basic tools and handling small maintenance tasks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to and around Hilton Head Island
- Valid driver’s license
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
