Cleaning Team Member

We are needing to add 2 more people to our team - we have 1 full-time year-round position, and 1 part-time position available. These positions will be year-round, full-time and/or part-time depending on your availability, and job performance.

This position will require to be physically able to clean larger properties, on your own and with other team members. These 2 positions are year-round, and will be our core staff, not seasonal positions. We offer bonuses to staff that work thru the peak season, offer paid vacation, and in most cases can offer a flexible schedule. Communication is key for us in this industry. Memorial Day through mid-October is peak season for us, and we need all hands-on deck.

We are looking for Cleaning Staff to take care of our vacation rental properties and carry out cleaning and report any maintenance issues. The goal is to keep our properties kept clean and up to our standards for each guest that arrives.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock and supply scheduled property (laundry, making beds, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
• Perform and document routine inventory, and communicate when a property is in need of replenishing linens or other items
• Carry out deep cleaning tasks and special projects - as needed
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies in inventory
• Keep cleaning kit & supplies organized & fully stocked.
• Restock and maintain cleaning garage.
• Work well with the rest of the cleaning staff - positive work environment
• Must have reliable transportation to get to each property located in Seaside, OR.
• Start scheduled shift typically no later than 9am, (11am on a day the guests check-out) Go to the garage to pick up cleaning supplies and check out key to the property you are cleaning.
• Additional hours may be available if you want to pick up additional cleans - just ask.
• Must have a phone for us to communicate with you.

Skills

• Dependability is required.
• Proven working experience as a cleaner.
• Ability to be detailed when cleaning, and ensure it is clean for next guest.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with Lead worker, supervisor/owner, the office, and other team members when needed.
• Integrity, Honesty, Trustworthy & and communicate well.
• Respectfully interact with property owners and guests.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour
