Vacation Rental Cleaner - Lead Position

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Year round position for a Lead Cleaning person to join our team. As the Lead Cleaner, you will be responsible for training new staff, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings, including hotels, commercial buildings, and residential properties. Duties: - Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Follow proper safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals - Assist with special cleaning projects as needed (e.g., carpet cleaning, floor care) Experience: - Previous experience in cleaning or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus - Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and techniques is beneficial - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent customer service skills Please note that this is a paid position.
