Job Description : E-Commerce Pick-Up Coordinator (Part-Time)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with online order pick-ups for our antique e-commerce business. This role is required twice a month at our warehouse, for an estimated 4-6 hours per session.
Responsibilities :
Oversee and monitor pick-up orders as scheduled by the E-Commerce Manager.
Guide UPS and other courier services to the designated items, ensuring they match LOT #s and inventory tags.
Assist couriers with light lifting when needed. Record details of LOT #s on the inventory release form and capture ID documentation from couriers for records.
Maintain organized files of release forms and courier IDs. Provided Resources :
