What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Installation Team Member position at Oceanview Landscape?
Responsibilities:
- Report to Install team leader and implement tasks as directed
- Follow best practices and attain excellence on all of our jobs
- Work well with others and as a team
Qualifications and Skills:
- Knowledge and experience with installing small to large scale landscape jobs
- Correct procedures and experience with site work, planting, transplanting, soil prep, etc.
- The ability to work efficiently and well with others in a high energy environment
- Confidence, enthusiasm, respect, and a positive attitude
