What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Leader - Landscape Installation position at Oceanview Landscape?
Responsibilities:
- Overall management and team leader of Landscape Install crew(s)
- Help create and implement efficient and organized scheduling for all tasks given
- Direct, implement and ensure consistent excellence and proper landscape practices on all of our jobs
- Read and execute construction drawings
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum (5) years experience in landscape installation and crew leading
- Extensive knowledge and experience with installing small to large scale landscape jobs - Correct procedures and experience with site work, planting, transplanting, soil prep, etc.
- Clean, NYS drivers license
- The ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a high energy environment
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
- Confidence, enthusiasm, respect, leadership and a positive attitude
