What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Leader - Landscape Maintenance position at Oceanview Landscape?
Responsibilities:
- Overall management and team leader of landscape maintenance crew(s)
- Help create and implement efficient and organized scheduling for all tasks given
- Direct, implement and ensure consistent excellence and proper landscape practices on all of our jobs
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum (5) years of experience in landscape maintenance and crew leading
- Extensive knowledge and experience with maintaining high-end properties, while utilizing correct procedures to attain excellence on all of our jobs
- Clean NYS Driver’s License and know show to drive with trailer
- Operates mowers and power tools
- Knowledge of the local area
- Knows local vendors
- The ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a high energy environment
- Excellent communication skills- both oral and written
- Confidence, enthusiasm, respect, and a positive attitude
