RV Sales Representative

Job Description: As an RV Sales Representative, you will be the face of our dealership, providing outstanding customer service and delivering tailored sales experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting the right RV for their needs, handling inquiries, and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while achieving sales goals and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and guide them in selecting the ideal RV based on their preferences and budget.
• Provide product knowledge, answer questions, and demonstrate RV features and benefits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest RV models, inventory, and industry trends.
• Create and manage sales proposals, financing options, and contracts.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring showroom displays are organized and presentable.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience (automotive, retail, or related industries) preferred.
• Knowledge or passion for RVs, camping, and outdoor activities is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
