Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Graphic Design Lead, based at our South Boston office. The role is dynamic, as are most roles within a startup business. You will be responsible for developing B2B sales and marketing content at the direction of leadership while maintaining existing content and content strategies across a variety of platforms including (but not limited to) print, web, and LinkedIn. You will also be responsible for interfacing with customers who require custom collateral and marketing assistance in co-branded partnerships. As a global organization, brand consistency across all business regions is key. The right candidate will also be excited to learn about the plastic industry in order to create the most effective content and collateral.
Qualifications
- Strong background in graphic design
- Strong proficiency in Adobe product suite.
- Experience in web design (Shopify preferred)
- Experience in B2B marketing and content preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in sustainability or environmental initiatives is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or demonstrated work history in marketing and design.
