In this role, you will be the face of our residents' move-in experience, guiding them through the entire move-in process and ensuring they receive all the key information about their new home. This role requires an individual who can manage move-in logistics, track key distribution, and ensure all move-in paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Requirements
- Oversee and manage key operations related to resident move-ins, including assembling key packets, making copies of keys, and logging returned keys for the inspection team
- Coordinate the entire move-in day process, facilitating a smooth transition for new residents, addressing any questions they have, and completing move-in paperwork
- Manage the shared inbox for new residents, responding to inquiries, processing paperwork, and ensuring all move-in information is accurately documented in AppFolio.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new residents during their first 30 days, assisting with any questions or concerns and directing them to the appropriate departments as needed
- Monitor and update move-in schedules to ensure all timelines are met, and facilitate communication with other departments to guarantee a seamless process
- At least two years of property management experience or leasing experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, team members, and external partners
- High attention to detail, with the ability to accurately maintain records and documentation
- Proactive and solution-focused, with the ability to address resident needs promptly and professionally
- Proven ability to develop and implement efficient processes to improve workflow and drive results
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Prior experience managing keys and working with property management software (AppFolio) is a plus
