Administrative Assistant – Job Description
Full or Part Time – Position – 20 Hours Per week
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in sales administration, invoicing, or purchasing role that requires meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Minimum Two Year College or Equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks and other computer skills necessary for daily tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, sales representatives, and internal staff
• Clean background check is required
• Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Must have reliable transportation for commuting; Residence in HubZone HUBZone Map (sba.gov)
Responsibilities
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Quick Books to perform daily tasks and maintain accurate records
• Responsible for researching online sales opportunities, creating quotes, processing sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to phone calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, vendors, wholesalers, and management to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company sales goals
• Take diligent notes and maintain organized documentation to support efficient operations
• Perform the duties of Deputy Program Manager of NASA SEWP V Contract – Training will be provided
