Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology, with some hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, including Server-Side Glide Scripting and Client-Side GlideAjax.
- Experience or familiarity working with ServiceNow Studio for configuring and developing applications.
- Experience or exposure to core ServiceNow modules such as Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
- Experience or understanding of assisting with ServiceNow integrations, including REST APIs.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience:
- Understanding of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
- Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) principles.
- Ability to assist with resolving issues during UAT and optimize performance based on feedback.
- Experience with custom scripting and scoped applications
- Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM).
