Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of 1-2 construction workers
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily tasks and activities
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and protocols
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
