The Chair will lead a dynamic and growing Department of Urology that integrates clinical excellence, innovative research, and premier education. As the department's chief strategist, the Chair will focus on fostering growth, supporting multidisciplinary collaboration, and enhancing access to high-quality urological care across the region. The successful candidate will champion diversity, equity, and inclusion while advancing the department's academic and clinical missions.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a forward-thinking vision to elevate the department's national standing in patient care, education, and research.
- Clinical Excellence : Oversee clinical operations to ensure the highest standards of patient-centered care, including advanced subspecialty services such as urologic oncology, robotic surgery, female urology, and minimally invasive procedures.
