The Ochsner Learning Institute Consultant job supports Ochsner Learning Institute (OLI) to design, deploy, and evaluate system leadership development training and talent development initiatives. Under general supervision, the OLI Consultant collaborates on designing and implementing System projects in areas such as talent development, employee engagement, performance management, change management, employee retention, leadership development, competency modeling, quality, safety and other organization priorities. This role utilizes knowledge of organizational development and leverages instructional design expertise to develop and lead programs offered through OLI.

Education
Required - Bachelor's degree
Preferred: Master’s degree in Organizational/Industrial Psychology, Organizational Effectiveness/Development, Adult learning/Instructional Design, or related field.
Work Experience
Required - 5 year's experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management and/or Organizational Effectiveness
Preferred - OR 2-3 years experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management and/or Organizational Effectiveness with a Master’s degree
Certifications
Preferred: AIM change management certification
ICF (International Coach Federation) Credentials: ACC (Associate Certified Coach)

Job Duties
- Manage Ochsner Learning Institute programs and initiatives.
- Design and implement comprehensive talent management programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Select, administer, and interpret appropriate assessment tools (psychometric, behavioral, skills-based) to inform talent development strategies and programming
- Utilize evidence-based methodologies and validated assessment frameworks to evaluate employee potential, capabilities, and development needs
- Develop and implement data collection strategies to measure program effectiveness
- Create actionable insights from talent analytics to drive decision-making about program design and implementation
- Partner with senior leadership to identify current and future talent needs, creating succession planning frameworks and leadership development programs
- Create and implement evidence-informed leadership development programs
- Design and develop effective and engaging learning content for leadership development.
- Provide coaching and consultation to managers on talent management best practices and employee development
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative talent solutions
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through established metrics, making data-driven adjustments based on outcomes
