Certification Details ACLS BLS State License Verification NURSYS Verification Job Details Certs Req : ACLS, BLS, ARRT(R), State Licensed (LSRTBE - takes 14 days to obtain a temporary license. MUST APPLY FOR THIS LICENSE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF SIGNING) Avg Daily Census : 6 Weekend Coverage : Every other Call Requirements : Typically 3 per week 2 Yrs Exp Required No first-time travelers Skills : Impella, IABP, Ivus, Shockwave, Rotoblator, Laser, thrombectomy equipment - must be experienced in STEMI - patients being brought directly to the CCL, intense focus on FTB / DTB Expectations : Must be able to function independently, and expertly perform all skills related to CCL. Must be a team player, who always puts their patients first. Must be comfortable sharing knowledge and assisting others. Job Requirements ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required within 30 days of start) BLS - Basic Life Support (Required within 30 days of start) State License Verification (Active LA License or Compact License required) NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) (Required within 30 days of start) Schedule Information Contract Length : 13 weeks Unit Specific Information Must check Unit Description to determine certifications required. If the UD is blank, please reach out to Program Management team to confirm certifications required. Additional Details Current / valid Drivers License / State ID or government photo ID required. Copy must be in color, no black and white copies of document. If certification expires within 30 days of start, renewal must be completed prior to start date.
