Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Reviews event function needs to ensure appropriate services and products are available
- Sets up event space in accordance with specifications
- Breaks down and stores furniture, linens, and equipment after events
- Responds to feedback from guests and team members regarding space presentation and adjustments needed
- Assists in resolving any issues related to event services
- Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members
- Assists in ordering, receiving, storing and inventory of all set up related products
- Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department
- Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
