About the Role :
The Food & Beverage Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department (i.e. Breakfast, The Placery, and Rooftop Bar), ensuring exceptional service and quality standards are met. This role includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. The Food & Beverage lead will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality food and beverage service. The lead will greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. The Food & Beverage Lead Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to established standards and monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area. When assigned assisting with inventory and placing orders.
