Full time hours available if applicant desires to cross train and expand duties!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs preventative maintenance duties in guest rooms and all other areas of the hotel
- Responds to reported problems and issues and performs general repairs
- Assists with maintaining the pool area according to companyandbrandstandards in addition toapplicablestate and localcodes
- Maintainsexternal propertyappearance including lawn, landscaping and parking lot
- Performs building and equipment preventative maintenance duties
- Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency
- Ensures all maintenance areas and equipment are clean, organized and secured
- Maintains basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool and elevator operation
- Maintains operational knowledge of common power and hand tools
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership

- Must have weekend availability
