About the Role:
Houseperson roles are the oil in the wheels of our operation! Help keep our team running smoothly! This role is physically demanding through the functions of lifting, reaching, bending, kneeling, etc. as you create "guest-ready" spaces. Housekeeping Attendants are the beating heart of our hotels. Although you may be outside of the guest's view, the bulk of their experience is in the comfort of the room you carefully cleaned and crafted and helped to ensure was well maintained, illuminated, and well stocked with supplies and linens. Attention to detail while meeting standards is a skillful balance that develops with training and practice. Housepersons are a cohesive part of our Maintenance team, actively looking for items to bring to their attention for repair. They are equally connected to our Front Desk team in ensuring stellar guest service via communicating room statuses and interactions that may involve the need for service recovery, along with remaining flexible with guest requests for late checkouts or extra amenities.
