OCI is seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Graphic Designer to create content for our agents and assist with event planning to join our team. This role will directly impact the branding and messaging of our company. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to event planning.

This position is in-office with the option to work one day per week from home after 90 days of employment. We like to have our people in the office to participate in our fun-loving company culture. The Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Design and create content following the company branding’s style and imagery including, but not limited to: brochures, flyers, sales collateral, digital and print material, social media, web graphics, logos, and more as needed
· Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines for different stakeholders
· Develop responsive website mockups using tools like Figma, ensuring layouts are optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
· Create on-brand web graphics, landing page visuals, and promotional banners tailored for specific campaigns or target audiences.
· Create, research, and implement a social media strategy for all our social channels with the assistance of the Marketing Manager
· Previous video editing and creation is a plus!
The Rock Star Candidate
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Arts, or a related field
· Proven experience in Graphic Design
· Previous Event planning experience preferred
· Previous knowledge in video and graphics UX/UI design
· Creative thinking
· Familiarity with Canva, Adobe products, Figma or related software, and WordPress preferred
