What are the responsibilities and job description for the Charter Boat Captain position at OCNJ Watersports?
Charter Boat Captains needed for seasonal business in Ocean City, NJ. Applicants must have a currently issued USCG Captains License. (Merchant Marriner Credential) Minimum Required license is a 6 Pack License. Captains will drive ski boats for tubing, wakeboarding, waterskiing trips, Tiki Boats and boat tours. We also have part time positions available on a 40' tour boat, which requires a Master Captains License. Typical charter lengths range from 1-2 hours. For the 6 pack charter boats, we operate 21ft ski boats, 25' Tiki Boats, and fishing charters. Training provided.
Primary Season is June-August with hours available in May and September as well. We can provide virtually as many hours as desired. Experience is required. Must be friendly, personable, and patient. Typical seasonal income can be $10,000-$25,000 after tips.
