Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance patient care.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with lab directors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and education to staff on quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing or related field.
- Current RN license in Tennessee.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality improvement or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
