DEPARTMENT | ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The mission of the Oconee State Bank marketing team is to drive innovation and elevation through creativity. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting Oconee State Banks marketing strategies and growth initiatives. It is primarily responsible for the day-to-day functional responsibilities of the marketing department and activities designed to expand business opportunities, attract new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Create visual and written content for various channels including website, social media, email marketing, and print while ensuring brand messaging is compliant and consistent
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, posting and management or logistics
- Stay up to date with new digital technologies, digital media best practices and trends
- Organize and manage marketing and networking events and sponsorships to increase brand visibility by managing logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, onsite support and volunteers
- Complete promotional item requests and oversee promotional item inventory and supply room organization
- Maintain and update marketing databases, customer lists, new and existing employee checklists specific to marketing and business development, and CRM systems
- Track business development activities and lead generation, prepare pitch decks, maintain a database of potential clients, partners and top customers
- Assist in compiling and analyzing marketing reports and metrics to evaluate campaign success
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Marketing and Director of Marketing and Business Development, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned

- 2 YEARS OF MARKETING OR RELATED EXPERIENCE
