Grounds Crew

Oconomowoc Golf Club is currently accepting applications for candidates for the 2025 season. Full and part-time positions are available. Start times are generally 5:30AM/6AM. Weekend only positions are also available. Weekend work shifts are less than 4 hours. Looking for high schoolers, college students, out of school, in between'ers, and even those retirees. Minimum age 15 yrs old.

***We are willing to be flexible with hours so if you have any interest at all (even if it's only for a few hours a day) be sure to send your resume in and we may be able to work with you***

Job duties for these positions can include mowing with all types of mowers, bunker maintenance, course set-up, course repair, and various other tasks and landscaping duties associated with preparing a golf course each day for golfers.

We are looking for employees who have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, an eye for detail, and can be counted on to be here, on time, every scheduled day. We work outside so you must be able to work in all types of weather.

Applicants should be able to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time and be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally. Previous golf course/landscape experience is a plus but we will train the right candidates.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
