Responsibilities:
- Provide Outstanding Service: Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional, personalized service throughout the event.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with event management, lead servers, and the kitchen to ensure a seamless guest experience and the highest standards of culinary excellence.
- Event Setup & Breakdown: Help prepare the event space and break down setups once the event concludes, maintaining organization and cleanliness.
- Serve Guests: Deliver food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring that guests’ needs are met promptly.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Complete prep work and side duties to ensure cleanliness and readiness throughout the event.
- Team Support: Work as part of a dynamic team to address guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and exceed expectations.
Shifts & Requirements:
- Shifts are primarily Friday and Saturday evenings, with occasional weekday and Sunday events.
- Previous food and beverage experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
