- Lesson Fees: Retain 85% of all private and group lesson fees!
Seasonal Flexibility:
- Primary season: Memorial Day – Labor Day 2025

Your Role & Responsibilities:
✔ Develop & Lead Programs – Create engaging tennis & pickleball programs, private/group lessons, tournaments, and social events
✔ Manage Daily Operations – Oversee scheduling, communication, and fee collection for racquet sports activities
✔ Enhance Member Engagement – Foster a fun, active, and inclusive racquet sports community
✔ Maintain Facilities & Equipment – Work with the GM and maintenance staff to ensure top-tier courts and equipment
✔ Build a Winning Team – Hire, train, and mentor assistant instructors (if needed)
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3–5 years of leadership experience as a Head Tennis Professional or similar role
✅ Racquet Sports Teaching Certification (Tennis & Pickleball)
✅ Strong playing ability – Minimum NTRP rating of 4.5 or higher
✅ CPR & First Aid Certification
✅ Passion, energy, and creativity to build an outstanding racquet sports experience for members
