Position Summary
The Office Coordinator performs a variety of clerical and administrative tasks for the company. This is a part-time role with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
Office
- Maintain office as a whole
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
- Daily stock up of kitchen supplies
- Assist in vendor relationship management
- Organize storage and file rooms to optimize efficiencies
- Assist with coordinating agency wide meetings and luncheons
- Answer main line and direct calls as needed
- Assist with shipping needs for account managers
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks
Finance & HR
- Deposit checks
- Data entry for internal systems
- Assist with internal employee engagement and events
- Coordinates and schedules travel for employees as needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- High School Diploma required
- Proved experience as administrative assistant or similar role
- Experience in customer service a plus
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of MS Office a plus
Working Conditions:
- The majority of work is completed in an office setting with intermittent sitting, standing and walking.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Standard office hours for the business are Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm EST and Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm EST. This is a part-time role with flexible hours.
