Fulfillment / Inventory Specialist - Full Time

Job Summary:

Fulfillment/Inventory Specialist will be solely responsible for fulfilling all orders created by the retail floor, online orders, etc. for both medical and recreational. They will assist with any other needs for Inventory dept. Fulfillment / Inventory Specialist will report directly to Retail Supervisor. Operates with direct supervision from Retail Supervisor. Follows established policies and procedures, contributes to the development of new concepts, policies and procedures as necessary to perform job duties and tasks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Fulfill in-store orders/pre-orders in a timely manner while double checking orders before sending out to retail floor for both medical and recreational products.
• Ensures correct packaging, QC and labelling of product by using QC product checklist.
• Work with management to help stay on top of compliance. daily/weekly/monthly audits, both cannabis and non-cannabis products.
• Maintain a clean workstation. Wiping down tables and equipment at the end of each shift.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing inventory dept. Areas include, but are not limited to, receiving/sorting area, medical and recreational vault, outside (trash pickup).
• Assist with receiving orders and labeling products.
• Assist with wasting cannabis products.
• Assist with creation of catalog items, online description, etc.
• Assist with informing retail supervisor of inventory levels on products, especially on best sellers.
• Actively works to solve critical systemic issues with timely solutions.
• Assists and works with Retail Supervisor to analyze outcomes and help count inventory when needed.
• Ensure accuracy of product and labelling tools and equipment to keep everything neat and organized.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by assisting with the cleaning and organizing of the inventory dept.
• The position will be cross trained with retail when shifts need to be fill. Will be asked to budtend or assist with any retail needs when needed.
