To help us continue to build on our vision, we are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to help ensure that our premium cannabis products are well packaged and according to state compliance and company SOPs.

What You’ll Do:

• Meticulously weigh, measure, sort, label, trim and package cannabis products by hand

• Package product in accordance with state regulations and company SOPs

• Measure, weigh, and fill products using provided equipment

• Grasping, holding, lifting and other repetitive movements involving wrists and hands are required

• Clean equipment, hand tools, containers, materials, supplies, and work areas

• Assist in the loading, unloading, and inventory of cannabis packaging, supplies and materials

• Keep accurate counts of items in production batches

• Regularly perform various repetitive motions such as carrying, grasping, lifting, walking, standing, bending/crouching, stooping, reaching, and stretching

• Work 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime to meet production goals and schedule

• Assist the other departments as needed

What You Bring to the Table:

• 1 year experience in a manufacturing or similar environment

• Experience adhering to strict state compliance laws and company SOPs

• Good communication, both verbally and in writing

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to move, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds

• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus

• Ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements

• Professional and respectful attitude towards others

• High school diploma or equivalent
