Vice President, Accounting & Finance

VP of Finance to lead accounting and finance functions for aggressively growing organization.

Excellent opportunity for a finance leader with a well-rounded background in both ACCOUNTING and FINANCE. Leadership role managing the controllership function and related team, as well as taking the lead and preparation of all FP&A, budgeting and forecasting activities.

Responsibilities:

• Preparate financial reports, including internal and external monthly financial statements, quarterly and annual audits, budgets, and forecasts.
• Supervise and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
• Develop and implement robust financial systems, controls, and policies
• Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and board of directors on financial matters and business performance.
• Drive the ongoing implementation of financial systems and software applications to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's in Accounting
• 10 years corporate accounting & finance experience in mid-size business
• Experience with international companies is highly desirable
• Strong financial budgeting, analysis, and forecasting skills with a track record of driving financial performance and operational efficiency
• Experience implementing internal controls and procedures
