- Our headquarters are in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (3 days a week in the office) in one of our office locations - - Stamford, CT or New York, NY.***
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing centralized approvals, develop and maintain global asset trackers for contractual assets & support with weekly reports and document development. THE WORK YOU’LL DO
- Function as project management support of the client’s major global sponsorships
- Handle centralized approval submissions & feedback with all markets & workstream leads ensuring consistency with FIFA guidelines
- Provide weekly approvals reports, including overview of assets routed
- Develop and maintain global asset tracker for contractual assets with periodic updates on utilization
- Develop and maintain global partnership trackers – coordinating inputs from all markets and providing annual reports
- Coordinate monthly partnership newsletter updates
- Support toolkit developments and other event documents as necessary
- Provide on-site event management/activation/rights delivery support as needed
- Support all aspects of program planning from the initial stages through onsite execution and wrap-up (research and develop tactical plans, call notes, manage agency and vendor relationships, etc.)
- Support account billing processes including budget tracking and vendor payments
- Other related duties/projects as reasonably assigned
- Domestic & international travel to support client’s programming; includes non-traditional hours, nights, and weekends

Who We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in agency/client service, event marketing, and/or sports marketing, and a passion for working with sports & entertainment properties
- Diligent; ability to multiple tasks simultaneously and produce quality work within deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Demonstrated ability to effectively problem solve and work effectively under pressure while working as both part of a team, as well as independently
- On-site event management and execution experience
- Experience managing partner relationships including vendors, suppliers, and assets
- Experience with global brands and/or rights holders is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (in particular PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- A highly driven and motivated individual
- “Pitch in and get your hands dirty” type of attitude
- A valid passport, or the ability to obtain a passport is required
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel level: Moderate (20-45%)
