We’re seeking an Event Executive to join our dynamic team and support the development of consumer experiences for a key financial services client. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of a team responsible for designing and executing events that support our client’s integrated marketing campaigns. These campaigns feature high-profile partnerships with Legacy Sports and CSR leagues such as NFL, Motorsports and cause related partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and a creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills. We’re seeking a highly collaborative self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and sharing ideas. This role reports directly to the Senior Experiential Manager, who will guide you in managing the coordination and communication of tasks across various account verticals.
THE WORK YOU’LL DO
- Support account team across multiple programs
- Assist with vendor management, logistical planning, preparation of event documents to aid in execution / recapping, etc.
- Support teammates with planning and execution of experiential marketing programs both in person and virtually
- Develop agendas and take detailed notes for weekly meetings with both internal and external partners
- Develop a knowledge and understanding of financial service client’s sponsorship portfolio and business initiatives
- Manage documents such as status reports, inventory tracking documents, and meeting notes
- Participate in brainstorms and creative ideation, and provide research as requested
- Additional projects as assigned, which may include : assistance on other events / programs, competitive research, POVs, property research, etc.
