What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line cook position at Octane Entertainment?
Octane Raceway's dedicated crew is passionate about making sure our guests visit is memorable and fun! We work together every day to consistently provide the Ultimate Adrenaline Rush with highest level of service.
The following job description is designed to help further that goal. This is a basic outline and it does not encompass all of the possible tasks that are required.
Octane Raceway is Arizona’s premium kart racing facility, and Velocity VR, the state’s only free-roam virtual reality gaming arena.
It's sister venue, Mavrix, is located in the 50,000 square-foot retail space next door to Octane Raceway at the Pavilions at Talking Stick.
Mavrix and Octane Raceway will total a combined 110,000 square feet with shared access to the outdoor games patio, which will connect the two entertainment powerhouses.
Line Cook : Providing an exceptional Guest experience by ensuring that all menu items are prepared per plate presentation recipe specifications is the primary duty of the Line Cook.
Assisting in prep, keeping dishes cleaned, and following health code guidelines for cooking and storage are also important aspects of the job.
This is all accomplished with a smile and a sense of helping other Team Members in a personable, positive manner.
Notes : Weekend availability is a requirement to be considered. Benefits are only available to full-time team members.
