The Enterprise Collaboration Architect (Cisco-focused) is pivotal in driving Octapharma's global voice services strategy. This position assumes primary responsibility for voice services across our international presence, encompassing the existing on-premises Cisco VoIP system and Webex Calling Multi-Tenant system. As part of this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Multi-Cluster Cisco Unified Communications systems, including Unity Connections, Contact Center Express, Expressway Core & Edge, Webex Edge Audio, Informacast, Attendant Console, and seamless integration with third-party solutions.
Cisco Collaboration Architect
This is What You’ll Do :
- Provide end-to-end ownership and accountability for the collaboration infrastructure design, implementation, integration, maintenance, and support of the global VOIP infrastructure and performance of the managed service provider(s).
- Responsible for the design, configuration, and support of an enterprise global contact center. Work with IT managers on scripting and reporting requirements.
- Work with different lines of business at all Octapharma locations to develop solutions and support global initiatives.
- Design and maintain a globalized E.164 call flow design and documentation.
- Responsible for software and hardware upgrades and EOL / EOS refresh as part of life cycle management.
- Responsible for security patching and vulnerability remediation according to established policies and standards.
- Proactively and reactively identify and remediate voice and video performance issues and act as an escalation point to review and resolve technical issues through completion, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Directly responsible for maintenance and warranties.
- Vendor and contract management.
- Able to communicate and interact with the end users to bring issues to resolution.
- Develop and provide end-user training for supported collaboration applications and services.
- Adhere to and participate in the current and future IT Management processes including, but not limited to incident, problem, and change control procedures.
- Able to install phone and video endpoints when required.
