Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies:
- Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support the Product Owner:
- Assist the Product Owner with the product backlog, ensuring it is clear, concise, and prioritized.
- Help the Product Owner in maintaining a transparent and effective communication channel with stakeholders.
Coach the Team:
- Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Mentor team members on Agile practices and principles.
Remove Impediments:
- Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team s progress.
- Ensure the team has all the resources and support needed to perform their tasks efficiently.
Monitor and Report:
- Track the team s progress and performance using metrics like burndown charts.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the team s progress.
Promote Agile Practices:
- Advocate for Agile methodologies within the organization.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders on Agile practices.
