Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in a search evaluation project to develop a deep understanding of user intent and relevance.
- Evaluate and grade search results using in-country knowledge and cultural insights to enhance accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze and interpret user intent behind search queries to optimize the grading process.
- Adhere to the highest quality standards in search result evaluation workflows.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with Mac operating systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate data and deliver insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently under time constraints.
- Work Location: Willingness to work onsite in the New Braunfels, TX office from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CST.
- Eligibility: US Citizens only.
- Experience: No prior experience required—fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
