Description : Job Summary :
The Office Administrator is a critical role in the efficient function of the brewery. The individual in this role will be located at the main entryway and tasked with managing activities related to visitor relations, delivery management, and other various administrative tasks. Another primary function of the role is to ensure safety requirements are properly communicated to visitors, contractor management procedures are followed, and a higher level of organization is provided within various processes. The individual in this position will provide services, complete tasks and interface with many, if not all departments within the brewery.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Greet all contractors and visitors, leading them to the person or location within the facility.
- Help provide safety materials to visitors and communicate safety requirements.
- Own visitor management :
Be present at the front desk and welcome visitors.
