Individual Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage the annual operating plan and budget, long-range plan and quarterly reforecasts processes
- Develop and implement a monthly and quarterly financial reporting package for senior leadership to highlight variances vs the operating plan and forecast evolutions
- Analyze and challenge financial assumptions to ensure forecast accuracy and assess potential opportunities and risks impacting the operating plan
- Manage and improve financial models to support forecasting and scenario analysis for Phase 3 development and commercial launch
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, commercial Business Partners, and the accounting team to ensure accuracy of financial plans and financial statements
- Support corporate finance initiatives including the financings, risk analysis, and preparation of Board materials
- Manage FP&A systems (Adaptive) and integration with ERP and purchasing systems
Qualifications
Primary skills and knowledge required include, but are not limited to the following :
MBA preferred.
