Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate UX Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role offers a balance of in-office collaboration (3 days a week) and remote flexibility, located in Denver, CO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, user-centered designs and developing interactive front-end features in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience of healthcare-related software applications, ensuring seamless functionality, responsiveness, and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of front-end solutions, with a focus on user experience for healthcare applications.
- Collaborate with a team of designers, developers, and product managers to create innovative and user-friendly solutions.
- Develop and maintain front-end code using modern web technologies, with a strong focus on Microsoft tech stack (e.g., ASP.NET, C#, and Azure).
- Translate UX/UI design wireframes and prototypes into clean, scalable, and responsive front-end code.
- Continuously test and improve the user experience by collaborating with the product team to refine features based on user feedback.
- Ensure the consistency, accessibility, and overall usability of web applications.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to a direct report, fostering their professional growth and contributing to team success.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for front-end development.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in front-end development, UX/UI design, and healthcare technology.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX Front-End Developer or in a similar role, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js), and Microsoft tech stack (ASP.NET, C#).
- Experience with healthcare software applications and an understanding of industry standards.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or similar).
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud technologies, specifically Azure.
- Background in healthcare software development and understanding of healthcare-related regulations and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience managing a small team or direct report.
