Oculus Health is currently looking for  Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)  for immediate placement in our facility at Culpeper, VA.

  • Pay Rate : $40.00 per hour
  • Status :  Full time, Part-Time (with at least every other weekend availability)
  • Available Shifts :   7A-7P, 7P-7A

  • LPN license and registration (State of Virginia)
  • Voided Check / Direct Deposit from the bank

    • for payroll

  • 2 reference letters / references to call
  • Covid Vaccination Card / Exemption
  • BLS / CPR
  • TB Test (PPD / QuantiFERON)

    • at least within the last 12 months
