Qualifications of an LPN:
- LPN Certification
- Virginia State LPN License
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
Responsibilities of an LPN:
- Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients.
- Provide basic patient care and treatment.
- Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications.
- Educate and update patients on medical treatments.
Requirements to Apply:
- Updated resume
- Valid ID (either Driver's license, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs)
- Social Security card
- State LPN license and registration
- CPR/BLS
- Voided Check/Direct Deposit from the bank – for payroll
- 2 reference letters / references to call
- BLS/ CPR
- TB Test (PPD/QuantiFERON) – at least within the last 12 months
- Flu Shot or option to decline
- Covid Vaccination Card or Proof of exemption
